It’s that time of year again! The Linden Gallery Postcard Art Show is returning for its 32nd year, with featured artwork by artists at all stages of their career, from across Australia.
This iconic event has artwork of many styles, all fitting into postcard sized frames.
Frames Now have created frames carefully crafted to suit Linden Gallery Postcard Art Show specifications, ensuring the frame perfectly complements your artwork.
Linden New Art History
Linden opened as a public art gallery in 1986 and has since hosted an annual program of contemporary art exhibitions, including the Linden Gallery Postcard Art Show.
The Linden Gallery Postcard Art Show has now been running for thirty-two years! This year’s exhibition is set to run from 10 December 2022 – 26 February 2023, with 1000 entries from across Australia.
Entries
Entries are now open for the Linden Gallery Postcard Art Show.
The deadline to enter is Thursday 20 October 2022 at 11.59 pm.
Here are the conditions of entry:
Artists can enter up to three artworks
All works on paper including print and photography must be framed.
Entries will be capped at 1000 artworks and may fill up before the entry deadline. It is best to get in early to secure your place.
Linden Postcard Frames
Choice of colour in Silver, Gold, Black Narrow, White Narrow, Black Wide or White Wide moulding finish.
Overall size of frame is 10 × 8” with the insert being approximately 8 × 6”, depending on the frame moulding you choose.
Standard glass with 60% UV protection.
Each frame comes with a hanger attached.
While keeping our Black Wide frame and White Wide frame, we have expanded our frame range to include more styles that will perfectly accompany your artwork.
Once you’ve applied and have been accepted into the art show, ensure to place your Frames Now orders between Monday 7 November and Friday 18 November for your frame to be ready by the Linden Gallery Postcard Art Show, beginning on Saturday 10 December.
