The service I received from Marina was so damn good. I had 8 pieces to be framed and she shared her knowledge and guidance so that I achieved over and above my expectations. Thanks Marina:) BUT, and not a but for Marina, for the company. It was 36 degrees yesterday, I was looking for frames and playing with mats and I was there for over two hours, and I was absolutely dripping in sweat. You have two piddly fans that do nothing and expect your staff and customers to be happy. If it wasn’t for Marina I would have left and gone somewhere else. I’m begging you. Please have a little more respect for your staff and customers and get proper cooling installed. As I was leaving I was going to impromptu buy another picture but the queue was eight deep (also more staff might be an idea) and not worth waiting in the heat for another hour.

Absolute game changer! I had an existing frame and odd-sized artwork that needed a custom-sized mat board two days before Christmas. Frames Now Doncaster provided excellent service, was able to cut a double mat board to the size I needed and the process was so easy (including a text message when it was ready to collect, much quicker than expected). So great to have this option within the shopping centre, so you can complete other jobs while waiting. Also seemed to be a good range of ready-to-purchase frames, as well as lots of options for custom framing.

I have ordered 3 different frames from these guys now and they are very good quality. All of them have been custom sized to my puzzles. The delivery is efficient and timeframes of making the custom frames is realistic. My latest ones took a little bit longer due to the Christmas rush but they were still created with high quality. Upon putting in my latest puzzle that I have done a thousand times the glass broke. DOH! I couldn't get it back into the frame as it was a bit tighter than the last times I had done. So in talking with awesome team that are very prompt to answer emails even with all the extra business. I now have a replacement upgraded glazed acrylic coming my way. I can't thank the team enough for helping me. The frames themselves are made with excellent quality this time I got the natural timber look and its beautiful timber. Defo consider these guys for your framing needs. They are alot nicer than many of the sort of frames you see in officeworks or kmart etc on the cheap cheap side. An example is in our first order the glass broke in the frame due to the postage to Canberra, when I let them know, I was immediately sent a replacement screen, which arrived within day or two. The store person was really good in laying out all different possibilities, frames, card, glass and it was very helpful to see how they looked against the print to make a decision. The print had some ripples due to water damage and they were mostly removed in framing and it was pointed out it might not be perfect before the job was done. There were no time pressures in looking at options and no sales pitch to choose a certain option, just attentive, informative, friendly. The end result was fantastic and it has pride of place in the living room. Great job!

The glass on my picture was smashed during a move. I was pleasantly surprised with the price to replace the glass as this was a 1500 x 500 size picture and required the backing being removed. The staff are caring, the service is excellent and the end result is perfect. The picture is temporarily stored in the powder room, a nice safe place until it is hung.
