I had a limited edition print which I wanted well framed and the website was pretty good in showing the different options. The store person was really good in laying out all different possibilities, frames, card, glass and it was very helpful to see how they looked against the print to make a decision. The print had some ripples due to water damage and they were mostly removed in framing and it was pointed out it might not be perfect before the job was done. There were no time pressures in looking at options and no sales pitch to choose a certain option, just attentive, informative, friendly. The end result was fantastic and it has pride of place in the living room. Great job!

Frames Now Baysie were just the best. I had a large heritage family photo which needed re framing and it couldn’t have been easier. The photo was of my great grandfather when he was a principal. The framing adviser really knew her stuff about UV and glass and preservation framing but didn’t push me too hard to spend a small fortune. The glass on my picture was smashed during a move. I was pleasantly surprised with the price to replace the glass as this was a 1500 x 500 size picture and required the backing being removed. The staff are caring, the service is excellent and the end result is perfect. The picture is temporarily stored in the powder room, a nice safe place until it is hung.

Last Saturday, I had the pleasure of taking a poster to Frames now in Bayswater. Not just any old poster, it was a Christmas gift for a madly keen Rolling Stones fan. It is a nice print (on quality paper) and happened to be a limited edition, linked to the 1970"s tour of Australia. Greg, was busy helping others as I walked in. Straight to the counter and I spoke to a very nice young lady (oops forgot your name) who said I think you need some specialist help. Yes and I got it in spades. No pressure, offered options, but together we picked out 2 mounts to provide the perfect backdrop to the poster. Nothing was too much trouble and the frame was offered with my points considered.Sounds like a lot of waffle and to be honest, didn't think I would walk out with anything more than a frame. To say it now looks amazing and worthy of the effort is an understatement. One hour later, I have a piece of art ready to be gifted at Christmas to the Grumpy old Rolling Stones fan. I think he will be thrilled. I wanted to mount and frame my fathers, grandfathers and uncles military medals and after searching for frame companies close by I made a call to Frames Now in Bayswater where I was greeted enthusiastically by Dee.She spent a few hours with me designing, arranging and building 3 military frames with photos and other ornaments. The process was made much easier by her totally professional and enthusiastic approach. The end result was incredible. These frames will now take pride of place in our home. I urge anyone with military medals - to get them out of your drawers and go straight to Frames Now in Bayswater to get them professionally mounted for all to see.Thanks again.

Workmanship is excellent and we are extremely happy with the the end result. Our son loved it! Will be back to have more special framing completed now that we have finally found the right place.

I've had a couple of purchases from Frames Now (Glen Waverley) & found the staff friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They have plenty of frames in stock, and the staff have had a fine eye for helping me choose the right design. Even after I changed my mind on the frame I'd chosen, I was able to keep and later re-use the original frame. They can also organise printing of photos on a variety of materials. I'll happily get more pictures framed here again in the future.

Hi There, I had a fantastic experience with 'Frames Now' thank you. I literally live up the street and have just moved there. I wanted to frame a signed photo from the film Grease for my friend's birthday and literally ran in your store first thing in the morning. I was running late for work so explained to the lovely Tracey that I only had a few minutes spare before the tram arrived. Tracey completely knew what I needed and took my details down in record speed and rang me later on in the day to explain options, cost and timelines. This place was recommended to me so I went there yesterday with an unusual sized poster I needed framed. Dean was amazing, had my problem solved, frame selected and mounting board cut in 15 minutes. Mounting n framing my poster with his guidance made the end result absolutely brilliant and at a very reasonable price. I could not recommend “Frames Now” high enough. They take a piece of artwork and make it sing. What was just a poster is now a beautiful Standout piece of art on my wall. Very very well done.
