The glass on my picture was smashed during a move. I was pleasantly surprised with the price to replace the glass as this was a 1500 x 500 size picture and required the backing being removed. The staff are caring, the service is excellent and the end result is perfect. The picture is temporarily stored in the powder room, a nice safe place until it is hung.

Last Saturday, I had the pleasure of taking a poster to Frames now in Bayswater. Not just any old poster, it was a Christmas gift for a madly keen Rolling Stones fan. It is a nice print (on quality paper) and happened to be a limited edition, linked to the 1970"s tour of Australia. Greg, was busy helping others as I walked in. Straight to the counter and I spoke to a very nice young lady (oops forgot your name) who said I think you need some specialist help. Yes and I got it in spades. No pressure, offered options, but together we picked out 2 mounts to provide the perfect backdrop to the poster. Nothing was too much trouble and the frame was offered with my points considered.Sounds like a lot of waffle and to be honest, didn't think I would walk out with anything more than a frame. To say it now looks amazing and worthy of the effort is an understatement. One hour later, I have a piece of art ready to be gifted at Christmas to the Grumpy old Rolling Stones fan. I think he will be thrilled. If not, back to Ebay with him!Thanks Greg for the professional, yet friendly help and I am pretty sure, I will be coming to Frames Now back with a few other treasures in the near future.

The store was of excellent presentation of examples frames and materials and a feature wall of fully framed various examples for purchaser's to view and the shop was correctly and practically set out to view and select from. A company of 47 years experience and it shows.! I wanted to mount and frame my fathers, grandfathers and uncles military medals and after searching for frame companies close by I made a call to Frames Now in Bayswater where I was greeted enthusiastically by Dee.She spent a few hours with me designing, arranging and building 3 military frames with photos and other ornaments. The process was made much easier by her totally professional and enthusiastic approach. The end result was incredible. These frames will now take pride of place in our home. Mounting n framing my poster with his guidance made the end result absolutely brilliant and at a very reasonable price. I could not recommend “Frames Now” high enough. They take a piece of artwork and make it sing. What was just a poster is now a beautiful Standout piece of art on my wall. Very very well done.
