I had a limited edition print which I wanted well framed and the website was pretty good in showing the different options. The store person was really good in laying out all different possibilities, frames, card, glass and it was very helpful to see how they looked against the print to make a decision. The print had some ripples due to water damage and they were mostly removed in framing and it was pointed out it might not be perfect before the job was done. There were no time pressures in looking at options and no sales pitch to choose a certain option, just attentive, informative, friendly. The end result was fantastic and it has pride of place in the living room. Great job!

The glass on my picture was smashed during a move. I was pleasantly surprised with the price to replace the glass as this was a 1500 x 500 size picture and required the backing being removed. Last Saturday, I had the pleasure of taking a poster to Frames now in Bayswater. Not just any old poster, it was a Christmas gift for a madly keen Rolling Stones fan. It is a nice print (on quality paper) and happened to be a limited edition, linked to the 1970"s tour of Australia. Greg, was busy helping others as I walked in. Straight to the counter and I spoke to a very nice young lady (oops forgot your name) who said I think you need some specialist help. Yes and I got it in spades. No pressure, offered options, but together we picked out 2 mounts to provide the perfect backdrop to the poster. Nothing was too much trouble and the frame was offered with my points considered.Sounds like a lot of waffle and to be honest, didn't think I would walk out with anything more than a frame. To say it now looks amazing and worthy of the effort is an understatement. One hour later, I have a piece of art ready to be gifted at Christmas to the Grumpy old Rolling Stones fan. I think he will be thrilled. I have had custom framing from here a few times now. Each time, they have done a wonderful job with guidance on what products to best use and style of framing. I wanted to mount and frame my fathers, grandfathers and uncles military medals and after searching for frame companies close by I made a call to Frames Now in Bayswater where I was greeted enthusiastically by Dee.She spent a few hours with me designing, arranging and building 3 military frames with photos and other ornaments. Let me tell you all about my experience..So when you go shopping your expecting to have some sort of good customer service.. but my experience has been above and beyond. I walked in to the store at Pacific Werribee Plaza looking to purchase some frames for some old posters that I have collected over the years and this is when we met Emily, (when I say WE I am referring to my Wife and I) Emily not only showed genuine interest in what we wanted to achieve but her knowledge and ability to sketch up a diagram on a small piece of paper and show me more or less what the end result would be just blew my mind.. Not only was she extremely friendly and happy to help she was even a fan of the same poster artwork that I also like and that took us in to a series of conversations and friendly debates that led to a great time and experience. I can also tell you that when we walked in to the store it was near closing time and although I wanted to leave as my wife and I felt bad for holding Emily back after closing she was the one that insisted that we stay a little longer so that we could be 100% sure that what we were purchasing was going to be the right thing. Now normally a sales person would want to close the sale and be out the door when its near closing time! but the fact that she took her time and wanted to make sure that everything would be perfect has led me to come back for more poster frames. I can tell you right now that I have been looking for the right type of frame for a few months now! and this level of service has yet to be seen in other stores that I had visited on other occasions. The product is very good quality but the service just blew it all out of the park! My Wife and I would like to say to Emily, Thank you for your time, effort, patience, and above all else your service and skills that you presented to us upon our arrival. Its refreshing to see that there are still people that genuinely care about offering a good service to customers and that are not just focused on the sale! When good, friendly customer service is provided then the sale will simply take care of its self.Also on another note.. the frames look absolutely fantastic in my theatre room and I honestly could not be any happier with my purchase and experience.
