Frames Now Baysie were just the best. I had a large heritage family photo which needed re framing and it couldn’t have been easier. The photo was of my great grandfather when he was a principal. The framing adviser really knew her stuff about UV and glass and preservation framing but didn’t push me too hard to spend a small fortune. Help with the best harmonious framing was also easy and low stress. All in all - I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

The glass on my picture was smashed during a move. I was pleasantly surprised with the price to replace the glass as this was a 1500 x 500 size picture and required the backing being removed. The staff are caring, the service is excellent and the end result is perfect. The picture is temporarily stored in the powder room, a nice safe place until it is hung.

Last Saturday, I had the pleasure of taking a poster to Frames now in Bayswater. Not just any old poster, it was a Christmas gift for a madly keen Rolling Stones fan. It is a nice print (on quality paper) and happened to be a limited edition, linked to the 1970"s tour of Australia. Greg, was busy helping others as I walked in. Straight to the counter and I spoke to a very nice young lady (oops forgot your name) who said I think you need some specialist help. Yes and I got it in spades. No pressure, offered options, but together we picked out 2 mounts to provide the perfect backdrop to the poster. Nothing was too much trouble and the frame was offered with my points considered.Sounds like a lot of waffle and to be honest, didn't think I would walk out with anything more than a frame. To say it now looks amazing and worthy of the effort is an understatement. One hour later, I have a piece of art ready to be gifted at Christmas to the Grumpy old Rolling Stones fan. I think he will be thrilled. If not, back to Ebay with him!Thanks Greg for the professional, yet friendly help and I am pretty sure, I will be coming to Frames Now back with a few other treasures in the near future.

I had an urgent job (1 day turn around) to frame three documents for a staff member's retirement function. I phoned Frames Now and Marscelle made time to see me straight away. I've had a couple of purchases from Frames Now (Glen Waverley) & found the staff friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They have plenty of frames in stock, and the staff have had a fine eye for helping me choose the right design. Even after I changed my mind on the frame I'd chosen, I was able to keep and later re-use the original frame. They can also organise printing of photos on a variety of materials. I'll happily get more pictures framed here again in the future.

Hi There, I had a fantastic experience with 'Frames Now' thank you. I literally live up the street and have just moved there. I wanted to frame a signed photo from the film Grease for my friend's birthday and literally ran in your store first thing in the morning. I was running late for work so explained to the lovely Tracey that I only had a few minutes spare before the tram arrived. This place was recommended to me so I went there yesterday with an unusual sized poster I needed framed. Dean was amazing, had my problem solved, frame selected and mounting board cut in 15 minutes. Mounting n framing my poster with his guidance made the end result absolutely brilliant and at a very reasonable price. I could not recommend “Frames Now” high enough.
