Needed a custom sized matt board for a pre purchased photo frame. Rang then up and visited the store that same morning. They were able to measure up the frame and photo and cut the matt board on the spot. Staff was so helpful and knowledgeable and made my experience worth the trip from the city to Windsor. I have ordered 3 different frames from these guys now and they are very good quality. All of them have been custom sized to my puzzles. The delivery is efficient and timeframes of making the custom frames is realistic. My latest ones took a little bit longer due to the Christmas rush but they were still created with high quality. Upon putting in my latest puzzle that I have done a thousand times the glass broke. DOH! I couldn't get it back into the frame as it was a bit tighter than the last times I had done. So in talking with awesome team that are very prompt to answer emails even with all the extra business. I now have a replacement upgraded glazed acrylic coming my way. I can't thank the team enough for helping me. The frames themselves are made with excellent quality this time I got the natural timber look and its beautiful timber. Defo consider these guys for your framing needs. They are alot nicer than many of the sort of frames you see in officeworks or kmart etc on the cheap cheap side. Frames now worth every cent and as I make more puzzles I will be buying more frames. YAY! Thanks team.

An example is in our first order the glass broke in the frame due to the postage to Canberra, when I let them know, I was immediately sent a replacement screen, which arrived within day or two. Again amazing service, arrived quickly and if anything was wrong or if I was unsure about anything, they were prompt about getting back to me and resolving any issues. I had a limited edition print which I wanted well framed and the website was pretty good in showing the different options. The store person was really good in laying out all different possibilities, frames, card, glass and it was very helpful to see how they looked against the print to make a decision. The print had some ripples due to water damage and they were mostly removed in framing and it was pointed out it might not be perfect before the job was done. There were no time pressures in looking at options and no sales pitch to choose a certain option, just attentive, informative, friendly. The end result was fantastic and it has pride of place in the living room. Great job!

Frames Now Baysie were just the best. I had a large heritage family photo which needed re framing and it couldn’t have been easier. The photo was of my great grandfather when he was a principal. The framing adviser really knew her stuff about UV and glass and preservation framing but didn’t push me too hard to spend a small fortune. Help with the best harmonious framing was also easy and low stress. All in all - I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

The glass on my picture was smashed during a move. I was pleasantly surprised with the price to replace the glass as this was a 1500 x 500 size picture and required the backing being removed. The staff are caring, the service is excellent and the end result is perfect. The picture is temporarily stored in the powder room, a nice safe place until it is hung.

Last Saturday, I had the pleasure of taking a poster to Frames now in Bayswater. Not just any old poster, it was a Christmas gift for a madly keen Rolling Stones fan. It is a nice print (on quality paper) and happened to be a limited edition, linked to the 1970"s tour of Australia. Greg, was busy helping others as I walked in. Straight to the counter and I spoke to a very nice young lady (oops forgot your name) who said I think you need some specialist help. Yes and I got it in spades. No pressure, offered options, but together we picked out 2 mounts to provide the perfect backdrop to the poster. Nothing was too much trouble and the frame was offered with my points considered.Sounds like a lot of waffle and to be honest, didn't think I would walk out with anything more than a frame. To say it now looks amazing and worthy of the effort is an understatement. One hour later, I have a piece of art ready to be gifted at Christmas to the Grumpy old Rolling Stones fan. I think he will be thrilled. If not, back to Ebay with him!Thanks Greg for the professional, yet friendly help and I am pretty sure, I will be coming to Frames Now back with a few other treasures in the near future.

I wanted to mount and frame my fathers, grandfathers and uncles military medals and after searching for frame companies close by I made a call to Frames Now in Bayswater where I was greeted enthusiastically by Dee.She spent a few hours with me designing, arranging and building 3 military frames with photos and other ornaments. The process was made much easier by her totally professional and enthusiastic approach. The end result was incredible. These frames will now take pride of place in our home. The staff member who attended to me when I brought the picture in was very helpful as I had no real idea what I wanted other than having the picture framed. She helped me choose the appropriate frame and mount after explaining the various options available. The finished product is fantastic and gives me a reminder of what my now 91 year old mother looked like as a 25 year old and me as a baby, who is now 66 years old.

Let me tell you all about my experience..So when you go shopping your expecting to have some sort of good customer service.. but my experience has been above and beyond. I walked in to the store at Pacific Werribee Plaza looking to purchase some frames for some old posters that I have collected over the years and this is when we met Emily, (when I say WE I am referring to my Wife and I) Emily not only showed genuine interest in what we wanted to achieve but her knowledge and ability to sketch up a diagram on a small piece of paper and show me more or less what the end result would be just blew my mind.. Not only was she extremely friendly and happy to help she was even a fan of the same poster artwork that I also like and that took us in to a series of conversations and friendly debates that led to a great time and experience. I can also tell you that when we walked in to the store it was near closing time and although I wanted to leave as my wife and I felt bad for holding Emily back after closing she was the one that insisted that we stay a little longer so that we could be 100% sure that what we were purchasing was going to be the right thing. Now normally a sales person would want to close the sale and be out the door when its near closing time! but the fact that she took her time and wanted to make sure that everything would be perfect has led me to come back for more poster frames. I can tell you right now that I have been looking for the right type of frame for a few months now! and this level of service has yet to be seen in other stores that I had visited on other occasions. The product is very good quality but the service just blew it all out of the park! My Wife and I would like to say to Emily, Thank you for your time, effort, patience, and above all else your service and skills that you presented to us upon our arrival. Its refreshing to see that there are still people that genuinely care about offering a good service to customers and that are not just focused on the sale! When good, friendly customer service is provided then the sale will simply take care of its self.Also on another note.. the frames look absolutely fantastic in my theatre room and I honestly could not be any happier with my purchase and experience. Highly recommend! I came in needing quotes on a few different pieces, and the staff were so friendly. I really appreciated that they took the time to really understand what I was looking for and so the solution we came to felt like a team effort by the end. Thank you frames now for a wonderful "First Time" framing experience. I honestly had no idea how much a frame would cost or what would entail when I took in my artwork to be framed. The team however worked with me to get the best possible outcome for me at the price point I had in mind. Absolutely wonderful customer service. The staff weren't pushy and had great suggestions for framing and tried to make it as cost effective for me.
