All shipments are insured to a value of $1500.00
We aim to have your order shipped within 3-5 business days and at peak times this can vary between 5-7 business days.
Delivery times can vary due to location as we rely on our external couriers.
We would expect that your order would be delivered within 2-5 business days, if you’re still waiting on your order after a week; please contact us
In the unlikely event you receive a parcel that is obviously damaged do not accept shipment.
If you unsure if an item maybe damaged accept delivery and sign with the note, goods received but not inspected.
Please inspect goods within 24 hours of being received. Our carriers will only accept a claim for damaged goods within 24 hours of deliveries and subsequently we only can make a claim against them within that time frame.
Leave goods without signature authority
Our carriers will leave goods without a signature subject to your authorisation to be completed at time of checkout. Whilst this authority does not compromise your rights in the event the goods are damaged in transit, (subject to you providing you advise us with 24 hours of the goods being delivered – not when you receive the item).
Please note this authority to leave is also a waiver against any claim for loss and / or further damage relating to any freight item so left.
Return of goods damaged in transit
Please phone our customer care line 1300 437 263 and we will make shipping arrangements for the return of your item. When the product is received and authorised as damaged and the freight company has accepted the claim we will arrange for either replacement product or a full credit and inclusive of shipping costs. Replacement product or credit will be at the discretion of the insurance and freight company.
Without the consent of Frames NOW any shipping costs incurred for returned product will be at the shippers expense.
