The process of having a photograph that I took during my last trip to China started as purely an idea in my head and slowly transformed into a beautifully framed amazing picture. It started with an idea, leading to an enquiry, the staff member that I spoke to was very helpful and explained the process and various options that were available. Having made the decision to proceed I returned to the Knox store and showed the staff member the picture that I wanted enlarged and framed and he suggested a size of around 800 X 600mm would be a good compromise between large picture size while retaining a good picture quality. I also decided to have low reflective glass fitted as the position that I intended to mount the picture had external light coming from the side which would have caused a reflection. After deciding on the style of frame it was ordered and I received notification that it was ready slightly over one week later. The end result is spectacular picture hanging on my wall. The help and guidance that I have received from the staff and the frame's quality, look and overall result is very satisfying. I would highly recommend Frames Now Knox to anyone that is in need of a frame for that special picture or presentation.

Amazing service. Super team!
I had an issue with my prints that needed to be fixed. One had a broken hanging cord with the other that I thought was poor setup. Ben agreed the broken one was an easy fix but actually rejected what I thought was poor was actually a good setup but it was my home hanging that was actually the issue. Turnaround was quoted for like 30 minutes so super fast also. I didn't return for a few days (lol).
I didn't write my name anywhere but each time I walked in Ben remembered my name and reminded me they were all ready to go.
Finally went back and very happy with them.

A good framer is hard to find, so once I found Frames Now at Knox Shopping Centre, I've been back a few times with some valuable posters to create high impact wall art for my home. I was especially impressed that they were able to iron out creases on an old poster personally autographed by The Jackson brothers for me about 12 years ago when they performed in Melbourne. Its a show stopper! I'll be back!
