Product help

Our picture frame sizes refer to the image size that it will suit or internal capacity of the picture frame, not the overall outside measurement of the picture frame.

When measuring your image to fit into a picture frame, measure from the absolute outside edge. If a matboard is included in the frame, measure in the same way as above. Please note matboard openings are cut 5mm less than the image size allowing for a slight overlap. This will hold your image flat and prevent the edges slipping out and becoming visible.

All frames will hang landscape or portrait, please specify when ordering.

Our picture frames are designed with easy self-fitting in mind. A how-to-fit guide specific to your selected product is included upon delivery.

My custom picture frame matboard order

First of all service is absolutely excellent + very good pricing (and packing mind you). I'm very happy with their work & will definitely use them again. Info regarding the order: I ordered some custom frame matboards and first there was a hick-up with the site when i wanted to put through the order, but Sandy was very quick & helpful to address the issue. When i (quickly) received the order i was thrilled with the quality. Sadly for one matboard the frame window length and width were mixed up (i think it turned out that it was my fault), nevertheless again Sandy came quickly to the rescue and i had the proper one on my doorstep within a couple of days. All-in-all i'm super happy with the service and my purchase. I just wish more companies provided this kind of service....

Replacement free of charge

There was a mixup in the order, arguably both framesnow and I contributed. But fundamentally I wasn’t to blame. They sent me a replacement frame no dramas. Totally blown away by that level of service, they just won themselves a customer for life. Highly recommend.
