I have been to both the Glen Waverley and Knox stores. I have had exceptional customer service at both with a customer focused approach, patience while I ponder my options and clear quotes and delivery times. The final products of both original art stretched and framed as well as prints framed have been delivered at a high standard.

I popped into get a price on a frame for a football jumper & whilst I was there I seen something else I wanted. The 2 ladies that served me were absolutely amazing with even going above & beyond & wrapping the item I purchased today. I will be returning in the near future.

The team at Frames Now Surry Hill were absolutely amazing, they went above and beyond to help us choose what could of been a more difficult process, I had my toddler with me and they were more than happy to work around her being curious and busy, and with multiple prints needed framing worked out a solution that best suits us. We own a pet cremation company and we create custom pieces for our clients, including framed pieces of their loved ones paw prints ect. The team at Frames Now Doncaster were brilliant. I brought in 5 items for framing and had no idea about what frames I wanted, colour schemes etc. I got great ideas from the staff who knew what they were talking about. The advice give for my frame was perfect .I bought an old frame from an antique shop but I accidentally damaged the glass or some kind of transparent plastic .I was guided into how best it can be repaired .They did an excellent job and it really looks a stunning master piece .Thank you .
