The process of having a photograph that I took during my last trip to China started as purely an idea in my head and slowly transformed into a beautifully framed amazing picture. It started with an idea, leading to an enquiry, the staff member that I spoke to was very helpful and explained the process and various options that were available. Having made the decision to proceed I returned to the Knox store and showed the staff member the picture that I wanted enlarged and framed and he suggested a size of around 800 X 600mm would be a good compromise between large picture size while retaining a good picture quality. I also decided to have low reflective glass fitted as the position that I intended to mount the picture had external light coming from the side which would have caused a reflection. After deciding on the style of frame it was ordered and I received notification that it was ready slightly over one week later. The end result is spectacular picture hanging on my wall. The help and guidance that I have received from the staff and the frame's quality, look and overall result is very satisfying. I would highly recommend Frames Now Knox to anyone that is in need of a frame for that special picture or presentation.

Great service from lovely staff who clearly explained the process for repairs to the mounting and framing of a treasured family tapestry, including possible extra fees for re-stretching. A good framer is hard to find, so once I found Frames Now at Knox Shopping Centre, I've been back a few times with some valuable posters to create high impact wall art for my home. This is the second piece I’ve had framed at Frames Now and have been thoroughly impressed with both. The most recent piece, the staff member who helped me provided options and gave me some ideas. Ultimately I went with her suggestions and it turned out fantastically—and I wish I had her name because truly impeccable assistance and customer service. Next time, I’ll be looking for her to assist.

A huge shoutout to Natasha who made the whole framing process smooth and enjoyable. She helped me choose the perfect frame for my piece, made sure the string was attached securely at the back, and even guided me on the right nails to use for hanging. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what she does. Highly recommend this place—and definitely ask for Natasha if you want expert help with a smile!

Fantastic experience, the team made great suggestions, helped choose formats and layouts for a birthday present that needed to be done within a week, they delivered the next day and the end product was well presented and protectively wrapped. I am a repeat customer of Frames Now at Southland as I have always had such great service and fantastic product purchased. The last visit with Dino was amazing. He spent all the time I needed , even though he was busy, and didn't once make me feel rushed or that my framing was not important. Offered me solutions to get the best result! I had to bring in a large print to be fixed as the glass broke when it was moved for painting. The staff explained the various options I had to reframe it and in the end I chose acrylic because it would be lighter. Very helpful staff and the print looks good, now back up on our wall

Words can’t describe amazing and how grateful I am to the team at Frames Now Glen Waverley . When I brought my certificate in it had a fold mark and paper was damaged. Now it’s so hard to see it. When I saw it looking as good as new and expertly framed to suit my needs including non reflective glass as I am vision impaired I nearly cried. I mentioned that I have more studies this year and being able to see my certificate on my wall will give me the push to keep going and finish.
