I cannot recommend Frames Now in Canterbury Rd, highly enough. I have had many pieces of my embroidery and special pictures framed by them.
The service, care and attention to detail by everyone there but in particular Marcella and Steph is exceptional.

Ultimately I went with her suggestions and it turned out fantastically—and I wish I had her name because truly impeccable assistance and customer service. A huge shoutout to Natasha who made the whole framing process smooth and enjoyable. She helped me choose the perfect frame for my piece, made sure the string was attached securely at the back, and even guided me on the right nails to use for hanging. I had a poster I wanted to frame but I wanted to do it myself - wanted larger frame, mounting board etc. Frames Now Doncaster we so helpful, walked me through options, helped me with colour selection etc. bought my goodies home and assembled it seamlessly. I have had many art pieces done at Frames Now, and every time they have been framed beautifully, but as this was just a poster I didn’t feel it warranted that investment, but I also wanted to frame it in a way to elevate it. I’m so happy with the outcome. I could not have imagined it without the help I got at Frames Now yesterday. Great team, patient, creative and so helpful - a very happy customer :))

The staff at the Westfield Doncaster were attentive and easy to communicate with when trying to research options for printing for selling. They also printed a photo for me with a great amount of care, even highlighting they thought the print had left a mark and checked the original file just to find it was a bird!

Beautiful framing shop, large display area to browse & admire and also select your style of frame from the expansive choice. Helpful, knowledgeable staff who gave us plenty of time to pick & choose. We had a 40 year old curled & creased black & white photo, very sentimental to us. The finished product is fantastic, thankyou so much! Once again, Frames Now haven't disappointed! :)

Frames Now Werribee did great quality framing for my large Canvas Print and am delighted with the finished product! There is a good selection of frames available at the shop and Frames Now team provided all the time and guidance in helping me select the Frame to match around the print. Choice of anti-glare glass also available. Work was finished much before the due date too! Overall had a great experience and highly recommend for any kind of framing work. Thanks.

Very helpful pleasant staff. The end product looked great. We were able to use one of the frames from the seconds pile, and Joanna matched the frame and mat board for the 2nd one, so the price was reasonable. They were ready a week earlier than expected. Highly recommend Frames Now Glen Waverley

I recently used Frames Now to repair and update my husband's cherished horse memorabilia, which he's had for over 20 years. Originally purchased elsewhere, the backing string had given way—thankfully without damaging the glass. However, the whip inside had come loose from its mount. Also the frame itself had started to look quite dated so I ceased the opportunity to update it.
Frames Now did a fantastic job restoring it. They carefully reattached the whip and updated the frame beautifully. The entire process was smooth and professional. Their team was friendly and prompt, keeping me informed with phone calls exactly when they said they would.

We had a high-res digital copy of our Sri Lankan wedding photo printed and framed three months ago, and Benjamin was absolutely amazing to work with! From the moment we walked in, he was super friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping us choose the perfect elements to complement such a special memory - including the frame, glass and paper. I had to bring in a large print to be fixed as the glass broke when it was moved for painting. The staff explained the various options I had to reframe it and in the end I chose acrylic because it would be lighter. Very helpful staff and the print looks good, now back up on our wall

I went to Glen Waverley branch for the first time. As soon as I went in I had a warm welcome by Delyce ! She spent her time and understood exactly what frame I was looking for and helped me to find the best frame I wished for the precious photo I have ; that’s my parents wedding photo and both of them have passed now !!! I was very impressed by the customer service and very happy with the frame . I want to thank you for your time and understanding ! Words can’t describe amazing and how grateful I am to the team at Frames Now Glen Waverley . When I brought my certificate in it had a fold mark and paper was damaged. Now it’s so hard to see it. When I saw it looking as good as new and expertly framed to suit my needs including non reflective glass as I am vision impaired I nearly cried. I mentioned that I have more studies this year and being able to see my certificate on my wall will give me the push to keep going and finish.
