I am a repeat customer of Frames Now at Southland as I have always had such great service and fantastic product purchased. The last visit with Dino was amazing. He spent all the time I needed , even though he was busy, and didn't once make me feel rushed or that my framing was not important. Offered me solutions to get the best result! I will always go here for any framing needed, big or small. Always been extremely happy!!

I’ve always found the service friendly and so helpful here. I get backing mat boards for pictures and the advice provided is always spot on. No pics unfortunately as the last purpose is in a birthday present and don’t want the recipient to see it.

The Frames Now' Store was fantastic!

My wife and I won a beautiful art work on a cruise to New Zealand! But it wasn't framed, then I visited Frames Now at Southland. Over the last few years we have had a few items framed there. Have always provided us with professional service including great advice on selecting the right frames and backing mats. The latest print we had framed there came back top quality as usual and we are very happy with the finish on it. We will be back again next time we need other items framed..

The team at Frames Now are so knowledgeable and invested in getting the best result for your special piece. I have been missing a good framing place in Bayside but so happy I found these guys. Great Customer Service. They worked and assisted us with the type of frame which would be best suited. Unfortunately our order was held up due to the type of wood we chose was not available due to supply issues. We were offered another choice but decided to wait for our original choice. Probably need to look at keeping stores updated of out of supply items. When we picked up our frame we were very happy with the finished product. Will be using them again.

I came to the Southland store to buy 3 large frames that I had found online and had been encouraged to see them by Dino. They were good quality for the price. I intended to get photos printed elsewhere as I was not aware they did it there. I am so glad I decided to print my photos at Frames Now. Lachie is very into printing and great at maths! He helped me work out the size I could print out my photos and keep the quality. He made a task I had procrastinated about much simpler and the end result was excellent. The price was competitive, the service outstanding and fast. I would definitely recommend.
