I had a poster I wanted to frame but I wanted to do it myself - wanted larger frame, mounting board etc. Frames Now Doncaster we so helpful, walked me through options, helped me with colour selection etc. bought my goodies home and assembled it seamlessly. I have had many art pieces done at Frames Now, and every time they have been framed beautifully, but as this was just a poster I didn’t feel it warranted that investment, but I also wanted to frame it in a way to elevate it. I’m so happy with the outcome. I could not have imagined it without the help I got at Frames Now yesterday. Great team, patient, creative and so helpful - a very happy customer :))

I had a print done as a donation for a school Father’s Day raffle and the final print far exceeded all my expectations, it came out fantastic.
The staff were extremely knowledgeable and assisted greatly in helping me decide on how to best-bring out the image when framed.
Thank you for all of your help, I will get more of my work printed here.

I have to be honest. Initially I was as quite skeptical about how good the framing work and quality is
But after trying them twice I was extremely happy. The staff were very helpful, pleasant and very knowledgeable. The quality of the frame and settings are amazing. I will surely be using them again.

I had four music band posters to frame and the gentleman I dealt with all the way through was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The results were outstanding and exactly what I was after. I wish I had remembered his name to acknowledge him personally in this review.

I needed 3 frames for an up coming exhibition. Person I was served by was extremely helpful and knew exactly what was needed. I came away with 3 frames, perfect for the purpose and reasonably priced. Fantastic, couldn't have hoped for a better experience !!.

Stef was very helpful. We had two Ancient World Map Prints to get re-framed. She showed us a few frame options, we chose one and one week later, we picked them up and they look beautiful.

The staff at the Westfield Doncaster were attentive and easy to communicate with when trying to research options for printing for selling. They also printed a photo for me with a great amount of care, even highlighting they thought the print had left a mark and checked the original file just to find it was a bird!
Happily recommend them to anyone wanting to actually interact with friendly and knowledgeable people when framing a picture :)

We had our daughter’s wedding photos framed and were quite unsure of how we wanted to do it. The staff member talked us through frame options, assisted me sending through the photos, explained options of single or double mat. Assisted us with arrangement of photos and made sure we were happy and confident in our choice. Wonderful service and thrilled with the finished product.
