I popped into get a price on a frame for a football jumper & whilst I was there I seen something else I wanted. The 2 ladies that served me were absolutely amazing with even going above & beyond & wrapping the item I purchased today. I will be returning in the near future.

We own a pet cremation company and we create custom pieces for our clients, including framed pieces of their loved ones paw prints ect. Charlotte (amazing member of staff) and the team at Fountain Gate always go above and beyond with helping our frames, measuring and fitting the frame mats and colour selection advice. I have had Frames Now make up a frame for me twice now. I am a person whom likes to buy quality, quality that not only looks good but lasts. I brought home a “tribute” of Ozzy Osbourne yesterday that was framed by Frames Now. My wife was ecstatic! She absolutely loved it. She plastered it all over social media. I was also most impressed with how it came out. Another quality job by Frames Now. Thank you and see you soon for another framing job.

I’ve taken a lot of artwork to Frames Now Fountain Gate for re-framing and advice, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Charlotte was amazing—so knowledgeable when it comes to frames, matts, and creative ideas. She took the time to explain how everything works and guided me through the whole process. A huge shoutout to Natasha who made the whole framing process smooth and enjoyable. She helped me choose the perfect frame for my piece, made sure the string was attached securely at the back, and even guided me on the right nails to use for hanging. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what she does. Highly recommend this place—and definitely ask for Natasha if you want expert help with a smile!

Had the most amazing experience here tonight (8th August). Needed to get custom matting cut for an image I had printed. The worker was so friendly and helpful. I never knew this was an option and will 100% be coming back when I get unusual sized images.

I took two prints in to the Fountain Gate store. The woman who served me made me feel welcome, asking the story behind my prints and immediately found ready made frames to enhance them. She then added the necessary hanging cord and I was good to go. Easy to add my prints to the very good quality frames (also under warranty) and the end product is fantastic. Easy and perfect experience. Thank you.
