I have been to both the Glen Waverley and Knox stores. I have had exceptional customer service at both with a customer focused approach, patience while I ponder my options and clear quotes and delivery times. The final products of both original art stretched and framed as well as prints framed have been delivered at a high standard.

The team at Frames Now Surry Hill were absolutely amazing, they went above and beyond to help us choose what could of been a more difficult process, I had my toddler with me and they were more than happy to work around her being curious and busy, and with multiple prints needed framing worked out a solution that best suits us. Highly recommend

Sophie was very helpful and knowledgable about the products, colours and styles to go with my canvas. The canvas was returned in a timely manner and looks amazing. Would use Frames Now Knoxs again for any photos or pictures that needed framing!!

A good framer is hard to find, so once I found Frames Now at Knox Shopping Centre, I've been back a few times with some valuable posters to create high impact wall art for my home. I was especially impressed that they were able to iron out creases on an old poster personally autographed by The Jackson brothers for me about 12 years ago when they performed in Melbourne. Its a show stopper! I'll be back!

I was so impressed with the friendly service and help with my first print and framing project, I went back the same day with a second framing project. The team is creative and patient if you need help or struggling to pick the right frame colours. I was very pleased with both end products. Highly recommend

I had my eye on a particular piece of artwork for a long time.
The team at Knox were always attentive, and friendly for all my visits. Sophia, with her friendly charm finally convinced me to buy the artwork. Thank you Sophia xx it looks fabulous in my home. I want to point out what a great team they are at Knox! I have always been greeted and acknowledged with a smile at every store every visit. Keep it up team. If only all stores had the same customer service skills!

We had a high-res digital copy of our Sri Lankan wedding photo printed and framed three months ago, and Benjamin was absolutely amazing to work with! From the moment we walked in, he was super friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping us choose the perfect elements to complement such a special memory - including the frame, glass and paper. He took the time to understand the story behind the photo and made some great suggestions that really elevated the final result. Great experience. We had our National Champions Aerobics top framed, along with a photo and commemorative pin for our school. They worked with our needs and how we wanted the final piece to look. Quality was outstanding and proudly sits in our corridor to show off our National title.

Sophia at Frames Now Knox is AMAZING!! As soon as I walked into the store, I felt welcomed and she listened to my ideas on how I would like my little mouse “Pat” displayed. Her attention to detail and ideas were great and I walked out of the store extremely happy. I picked up the piece today and I couldn’t be happier, it’s exactly what I wanted and it’s all thanks to Sophia. If you have anything you want framed definitely go and ask for Sophia.

Nothing but great service at frames now Knox, they remembered who I was from the previous time and were great to give feedback on choices of backing boards, but was in and out with my frames booked in! Love being served by the friendly staff I will be definitely back next year!!
