Fantastic experience, the team made great suggestions, helped choose formats and layouts for a birthday present that needed to be done within a week, they delivered the next day and the end product was well presented and protectively wrapped. Jade was so patient and knowledgeable as we went through different options for my two pieces. One was fairly standard but the other we set in the 3D frame with two different borders. Great friendly staff and framing was done in less than two weeks.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable in frame selection. Due to print boarder size suggested slightly bigger frame with mount frame. This made such a difference in the overall look. Really pleased with the final result.

I went to Frames Now Prahran today to enquire about fixing the hanging wire on the back of a mosaic. I anticipated leaving it and picking it up at a later date. To my surprise, it was fixed on the spot, at only a fraction of the cost I expected to pay. I was 'gobsmacked'. Thank you Teddy for all your help.
