I have been to both the Glen Waverley and Knox stores. I have had exceptional customer service at both with a customer focused approach, patience while I ponder my options and clear quotes and delivery times. The final products of both original art stretched and framed as well as prints framed have been delivered at a high standard.

I recently had my photos printed at Frames Now, and I’m extremely happy with the results.
The colours came out beautifully natural, and the details were sharp—just as I saw them on my monitor.
The print quality and paper finish were excellent, giving a very polished final look.
The staff were also friendly and professional, making the whole process smooth and easy.
Highly recommend for anyone who values high-quality printing.

The team at Frames Now Surry Hill were absolutely amazing, they went above and beyond to help us choose what could of been a more difficult process, I had my toddler with me and they were more than happy to work around her being curious and busy, and with multiple prints needed framing worked out a solution that best suits us. The team at Frames Now Doncaster were brilliant. I brought in 5 items for framing and had no idea about what frames I wanted, colour schemes etc. I got great ideas from the staff who knew what they were talking about. The advice give for my frame was perfect .I bought an old frame from an antique shop but I accidentally damaged the glass or some kind of transparent plastic .I was guided into how best it can be repaired .They did an excellent job and it really looks a stunning master piece .Thank you .
