Online purchases

Please phone our customer care line 1300 437 263 and we will make shipping arrangements for the return of your item. When the product is received and authorised as faulty we will arrange for either replacement product or a full credit and inclusive of shipping costs. Replacement product or credit will be at the discretion of Frames NOW.

Without the consent of Frames NOW any shipping costs incurred for returned product will be at the shippers expense.

Instore purchases

Simply return the product to any Frames NOW store and we will replace any product that is faulty or is not as represented.

Change of Mind Exchanges

Frames NOW has a no fuss exchange policy for customers that have had a change of mind for style or size for standard products (Custom picture framing and components excluded).

This is valid for 30 days from original purchase. Products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

If the item to be exchanged is of lesser value than the original purchase a store credit or gift voucher will be issued for any difference less than $10.00.

Online purchases

When the product is received and validated as unused and in the same condition that you received it, we will arrange for shipment of your choice of new product. All shipping costs incurred will be at the customers expense.

Instore purchases

Simply bring the product into any store to exchange.
