The team at this store was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We actually live in the US but sent them a photograph that we wanted made large and framed for our family in Melbourne. We communicated through emails to begin with and once we were in Melbourne finished the details. They had kept the image and gave reliable suggestions for sizes that wouldn't distort the photo and came up with a lovely image. The work was done in plenty of time to present it to our family before we left Melbourne. I highly recommend their work, their professionalism and care. It's conveniently located in the Westfield Mall in Doncaster. Definitely go there for all your framing needs.

What a delightful experience dealing with Frames Now Doncaster staff....getting a simple canvas stretched and put on board they photographed signage on back and applied it to back of new frame, problem solved.

The frame & glass are as good as the print: Manet's : Berthe Morisot with a Bouquet of Violets. Well, nearly as good because nobody could surpass the intensity of her eyes.

We recently brought in a vibrant $5 print of an outback scene—picked up during our holiday—for framing at our local Frames Now store. What a transformation!

The advice give for my frame was perfect .I bought an old frame from an antique shop but I accidentally damaged the glass or some kind of transparent plastic .I was guided into how best it can be repaired .They did an excellent job and it really looks a stunning master piece .Thank you .

Popped into Frames Now to get our gold medals framed alongside their certificates. The staff are super friendly and we went through in great detail the options on how to do this. There are so many choices which is great and the non/reflective glass is definitely a game changer. Nothing was too difficult for the team and I am grateful for their help. Fingers crossed we can win a few more of these as I will definitely be returning!! We absolutely love them - thank you so much!!!

Lovely helpful service, and able to troubleshoot my questions around printing with a NEF file - other similar stores in Westfield were less helpful. Quality of photo print was superb. Will come back for framing and photo prints in future.

I had a poster I wanted to frame but I wanted to do it myself - wanted larger frame, mounting board etc. Frames Now Doncaster we so helpful, walked me through options, helped me with colour selection etc. bought my goodies home and assembled it seamlessly. I have had many art pieces done at Frames Now, and every time they have been framed beautifully, but as this was just a poster I didn’t feel it warranted that investment, but I also wanted to frame it in a way to elevate it. I’m so happy with the outcome. I could not have imagined it without the help I got at Frames Now yesterday. Great team, patient, creative and so helpful - a very happy customer :))
