Very friendly and knowledgeable customer service, I went in to see if they had a couple of frames in a size I couldn’t find anywhere else and now I’m contemplating going back to get some old pieces I’ve inherited reframed (something I wasn’t even considering before my experience in-store.)

Very helpful pleasant staff. The end product looked great. We were able to use one of the frames from the seconds pile, and Joanna matched the frame and mat board for the 2nd one, so the price was reasonable. They were ready a week earlier than expected. Highly recommend Frames Now Glen Waverley

I had to bring in a large print to be fixed as the glass broke when it was moved for painting. The staff explained the various options I had to reframe it and in the end I chose acrylic because it would be lighter. Very helpful staff and the print looks good, now back up on our wall

I went to Glen Waverley branch for the first time. As soon as I went in I had a warm welcome by Delyce ! She spent her time and understood exactly what frame I was looking for and helped me to find the best frame I wished for the precious photo I have ; that’s my parents wedding photo and both of them have passed now !!! I was very impressed by the customer service and very happy with the frame . I want to thank you for your time and understanding ! I will come back again with more photos and now I know exactly where I should go to find the best frames ! Thank you.

Words can’t describe amazing and how grateful I am to the team at Frames Now Glen Waverley . When I brought my certificate in it had a fold mark and paper was damaged. Now it’s so hard to see it. When I saw it looking as good as new and expertly framed to suit my needs including non reflective glass as I am vision impaired I nearly cried. I mentioned that I have more studies this year and being able to see my certificate on my wall will give me the push to keep going and finish.

We have had several items framed at this store and have always been completely satisfied. The (female) staff member we always deal with (unfortunately we don't know her name!) is brilliant at selecting just the right frames and backgrounds for the works. We have even had some items re-framed that were done elsewhere that we were disappointed with and loved the result. We can't recommend this service more highly, you will not be disappointed (and no, they haven't paid us for this!!).

Recently I had a painting framed by Frames Now and the finish was excellent but I felt that when hung, the choice of border was not quite right. No sooner had I mentioned this, Frames Now took it on themselves to contact me and offered to change the border at no cost. It is perfect now. Thank you Frames Now for excellent customer service.

We purchased a set of four antique Portuguese hand-painted tiles during a recent trip to Portugal. We wanted to have them set up in a display frame that could be wall hung. Frames Now staff provided great suggestions and spent a lot of time working through various options. The finished frame with the tiles is fantastic and will look great on display at home. I received nothing but exceptional customer service from Delyce. She was very friendly and patient. I was guided by the different options in frame and glass so I was able to make an informed decision. Also, I noticed a very minor chip on one of my custom framed picture and as soon as I had informed Delyce she told me to bring it back in to the store and that it would be replaced at no cost as it was covered under the warranty. The job got completed very quickly and everything was perfect. Thank you Delyce, you’re a true asset to the company and I will surely return when I need to get some custom framing done.

I collected my third framed item from Frames Now recently. It was a gift for my brother who has recently gone into Aged Care - the framing of a long lost degree.I was delighted with the result as was he.The frame and mounting show the sixty year old document off tastefully and to great advantage.
