So pleased with the gorgeous piece I picked up recently at the Surrey Hills store - It was a family favourite given a new lease on life (with appropriate framing!!) ......... Both ladies on duty provided guidance around the ideas I had come in with and also provided inspiration to think outside the box too. So knowledgeable! Will be back for sure

Great service from lovely staff who clearly explained the process for repairs to the mounting and framing of a treasured family tapestry, including possible extra fees for re-stretching. The cost was very reasonable. The item was repaired very satisfactorily and I was met by a different but also very helpful and nice staff member on pick up. I would recommend and definitely use their service again.

Absolutely brilliant. I had broken the glass of a family photograph and needed it fixed quickly by a certain date. David was understanding, helpful, and professional, and the job was done with time to spare at a price that was less than I feared! I am so grateful. Also a really convenient location with parking right out the front. Lovely, professional, helpful staff doing a sensational job.

Marscelle and Stef are always extremely helpful and patient. Always willing to test / push the limits. Have done one with LED lights and another piece is the getting done at the moment.. Super happy with their range and “above and beyond” customer service. 🙏🙏🫡🫡

I cannot recommend Frames Now in Canterbury Rd, highly enough. I have had many pieces of my embroidery and special pictures framed by them.
The service, care and attention to detail by everyone there but in particular Marcella and Steph is exceptional.
A must do experience.

Professional showroom with a lovely relaxed feeling. Staff are always happy and cheerful and take care to achieve the best look for your prints/photos. We have had several pieces framed here and will always come back.

Attention to detail and patient. Lots of options to choose from in colour framing and borders. It can be confusing having so many choices but it was really easy to make a decision as the support you get is very professional. I framed the family graduation certificates and they look great.

The Framesnow crew always assist with the best framing advice, from borders to glass selection etc. They are mindful of the artwork being framed and recommended appropriate and cost saving suggestions if need!!! Would not go anywhere else for my framing needs!!

Beautiful framing shop, large display area to browse & admire and also select your style of frame from the expansive choice. Helpful, knowledgeable staff who gave us plenty of time to pick & choose. We had a 40 year old curled & creased black & white photo, very sentimental to us. The finished product is fantastic, thankyou so much! Once again, Frames Now haven't disappointed! :)

I recently used Frames Now to repair and update my husband's cherished horse memorabilia, which he's had for over 20 years. Originally purchased elsewhere, the backing string had given way—thankfully without damaging the glass. However, the whip inside had come loose from its mount. Also the frame itself had started to look quite dated so I ceased the opportunity to update it.
Frames Now did a fantastic job restoring it. They carefully reattached the whip and updated the frame beautifully. The entire process was smooth and professional. Their team was friendly and prompt, keeping me informed with phone calls exactly when they said they would.

The crew at Surrey Hills spent over an hour and half developing the frame and layout for our items. The overall presentation is exceptional and looks fantastic on our wall. I really like this place and have been a customer over a number of years. Every job has been perfect. Great quality, expertise and prices. I particularly appreciate the time and attention to detail given to my jobs by the staff. Finding the frame to best suit the work is an art form. My latest framing job took quite a while to settle on. The staff member helping me was engaged and enthusiastic and gave me plenty of time to think, good advice and helpful ideas.
I think it's hard to find the right place to shop and have work done on my precious (to me) art. I have found the right place.
