The frame was of good quality but when I unpacked the frame, the mat was packed around the frame and the mat did not sit flat and was warp and it was torn so I had to tape it in order to use it.
Perfectly framed my print on my wall. Framers pack was missing from package delivered so expecting reimbursement. Other than that, the frame is well made which is why I remembered I had ordered from Frames Now before.
